Hallway Displays

Hi friends!  I want to thank anyone that left me a message in my last post.  Each one meant SO much to me!  I tried to respond back to you personally if I was able.  I’ve made a promise to myself to keep on keeping on!

I wanted to share with you some of my hallway displays!  I don’t know about you, but I LOVE changing up the hallway displays.  Call me crazy!  My teaching buddy and I share a large bulletin board in the hallway, I have my door display,  I have a display right outside of my classroom, and my grade level has the display case for January.

Kindergarten Display Case- “In my Snow globe”

The kids illustrated pictures of things that would be in their snow globe on a paper plate.  We then hot glued a smaller plastic plate on top making a snow globe!  I’ve also seen placing fake snow inside also.  That would be super cute as well.  They also wrote stories to match!

Let it Snow! Let it Snow! Let it Snow!  Hallway Bulletin Board

The students illustrated snowy scenes from over Christmas break & wrote matching stores.

I like to make a snowman.

Me and my sister had a snowball fight.  While my other sister built a snowman.

My Snowman Family- Door Display

{sorry for the blurry picture}  I must have been moving…haha!  This comes from a super cute packet I purchased from Miss Kindergarten. See the packet below.  The kids illustrated their family as snowmen!  Then the added the noses, hats, arms, and buttons in all!  They loved this one!

Fiction Sticker Stories- Hallway Display

We’ve been writing fiction stories this week.  So, I picked up some super cute stickers and the Dollar Tree!  We had fairies, knights, aliens, dragons, princesses, and more!  The kids had  BLAST!

Have a great week friends!

  1. Hi Tara, I check your blog daily – hope you are doing ok :-)…..I just made snowglobes too! I took a pic of each kinder outside in full snow gear (we live in MN), cut them out of the pic, and glued it onto the paperplate background – ideas – I used old transparency (from the time of overhead projectors) and I found "snow" at WalMart in the Christmas clearance section – so excited how they turned out!!!! I felt like I was actually in a kinder class than in a first grade class! 🙂 Thanks for all your ideas – I use things from you TPT store daily!
