January Giveaways, Freebies, and More!

We all LOVE break and dread look forward to going back to school!  No matter if we like it or not it will come!  I just love putting together these monthly posts to help prepare for the new month!  This posts will be filled with ideas and giveaways…yippee!

Last January was the first edition of my Taking Back Weekends packets!  They are now 100% complete for the year!  January is by far the best month to try out one of these packets!  They truly are lifesavers!  If you are a new or veteran teacher they will provide new and fresh ideas.  They are great for those “oh gosh what am I going to today? moments.  Not that we ever have those! 😉 If you previously purchased this packet be sure to click below to downloaded the slightly revised version!

Up next are my winter literacy centers!  They were also a new “product line” I started last year!  I now have my literacy centers for the year completely finished and bundled! 🙂

Here is a look at the centers included…

Snowball Line- a fun and engaging center to practice sight words!  Students will also record their answers on the corresponding sheet.

Magical Snowflake Silent “e”- a way for students to practice writing silent/bossy e words.
  

 

Digraph Penguins- sort the penguin picture cards as th, sh, or ch.  Record their answers on the recording sheet.

Final Sound Mittens- Students will listen for the final sound in each word and record their answers.

CVC Snowman Match-Ups- students will read the CVC word then match it to the correct hat.  They will also record their answers on the corresponding sheet.

    I absolutely love what you do. It is so well thought out and systematized into a doable thing for us over worked, short on time teachers.

    I am interested in the snowball line up piece. Is it possible to get that particular literacy center alone?
